Mark Battist, APRN-C

Chief Executive Officer

Mark holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing from St. Louis University. He has practiced as an Adult-Gero Nurse Practitioner for 7 years with specialty training and board certification in Geriatric and Internal Medicine. His other degrees in Business Administration and Computer Technology assist in the success of operations and development of the practice. 

Lorrie Holland, APRN-C

Chief Clinical Officer

Lorrie is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Research College of Nursing. She has a total of 27 years of experience in healthcare, notably 18 years specializing in hematology and oncology, with extensive experience in acute care, home health and hospice care. The past 10 years have been focused on Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. She also obtained her certification in Palliative and Hospice to fulfill her passion in following patients to end of life.

Christopher Geha, MD

Collaborating Physician

Dr. Christopher Geha is a collaborating physician of the practice and a Primary Medical Director.  He received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. He has over 41 years of experience in specialties including Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He has served as Primary Medical Director in LTAC, Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Settings. Dr Geha is currently rated 5 stars on U.S. Health News, a Top Doctor for the past 10 years by Castle Connolly and featured in Kansas City Magazine as Best Geriatrician multiple years including January 2023.

Alicia Seck, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Alicia became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020 from USU in San Diego. She has specialty experience in geriatrics, hospice and palliative care. Practicing as a nurse for 21 years in various hospital settings as well as hospice led her to where she is today. Her primary focus is on quality of life for the aging population, specifically in regard to chronic care management and palliative medicine.

 

Chewha Ho, DNP, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Chewha graduated from the University of Kansas with a Doctorate of Nursing, and is board-certified in Family Nurse Practice. She has worked over 12 years in nursing within the post-acute setting, which is her passion. 

Emmy Wilson, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Emmy loves working with the geriatric population and has been in healthcare for over 12 years working in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and received her Masters from Rockhurst University. She loves building relationships with her patients to ensure they receive respect and dignity. Her primary focus is to help them maintain independence and quality life. 

Heather Friday, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Heather graduated from Rockhurst University and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in healthcare for 17 years completing her residency with Geriatric Primary Care. Her clinical experience is robust, working acute care, neurology, trauma, case management and transitional care. Her love has always been in geriatrics and her passion is creating a more seamless transition for her patients by promoting continuity. 

Stacie Pruett, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Stacie is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing, from Herzing University. Working exclusively in geriatrics since graduating, she loves serving this population and is also experienced in palliative and hospice medicine.

Erik Wray

Senior Account Manager

Erik Wray brings over 13 years of experience in senior living and more than a decade of dedicated work in long-term care, skilled nursing, and memory care settings. Receiving a Bachelor of Social Work from Kansas State University. Throughout his career, Erik has served in a wide range of roles including social worker, activity director, memory care manager, admissions coordinator, social services director, business development lead, sales and marketing professional, dementia care consultant, community liaison, and interim administrator.

Erik is deeply passionate about enhancing both the quality of life and quality of care for aging adults. He believes that moving into a senior living community marks the beginning of a new chapter – where purpose can be renewed, relationships flourish, and there’s still life to enjoy and memories to be made.

Erik prides himself on building strong, collaborative relationships and being a trusted resource to those around him. He is committed to bringing people together. Always striving to support individuals, families, partners and teams through compassion, communication, and shared goals for better outcomes.
